Conclusion
Only you can begin the journey toward your best health and life. That doesn’t mean you have to master all of it or create a perfect existence. But it does require taking the reins on the pieces of life that you can control and finding what works best for you. Every journey has high points and low points and lots of grunt time making it through the flats. Some days will seem harder than others. Other days, or weeks, you might lose the way entirely, like a storm caught you, turned you around, and made the path seem impossible to find. But stick with it and try to accept it all, the peaks and the valleys.
Remember your “whys,” connect to your drive, and then move again tomorrow. The longer you commit to this lifestyle, the better you get at finding the road again after those storms hit.
Find the people who will show up to work out alongside you or set shared goals with you, even from afar. Support, accountability, and the occasional tough talk from someone who’s sweating alongside you will do wonders. Even with a motivational crew at your back, ultimately, only you can do the work, and for that, you have to believe you’re worth the effort. Move your body today and move again tomorrow. Remember to breathe and release whatever’s in the way of feeling good. Always eat healthily. Simple home-cooked food from real ingredients will make you feel good.

Make a daily walk your first fitness goal. You might start with 10 minutes but have a target to work towards at least 30 minutes once a day minimum at a pace that feels natural to you. Walk with hands swinging freely at your sides, and feeling the ground underfoot with each step, breathe in through your nose, letting your belly softly inflate and deflate.
Relax your face, take in your surroundings, and enjoy!
