Each hat is unique in its function and simple to remember because the association between color and hat usage is sufficiently intuitive. It’s important to stay disciplined and follow the rules of the hat that is in charge. For example, no irrational emotions should appear during the blue hat session. No fears or negativity should resurface when it’s time for a white hat.
